ICLOUD SYNC DOES NOT WORK

I purchased this for my iPhone/ipad and my mac. The icloud feature was the biggest feature I wanted since my wife and I are trying to keep up with our transactions and keep them synced between devices. I e-mailed tech support but I got a response that they would look into my issue but they never updated the app after that. Basically it will sync with icloud for a few days but after that it will not sync, the cloud sync just keeps running but it never updates the changes to the account on my mac. I keep hoping for a fix soon so I can actually use this application again.
It is a very detailed app so you can put in alot of transactional information but the sync feature has a long way to go.
